A Naming Ceremony for the One We Are

Time to plant a new intention! 

Proposal: to focus Humanity’s attention, promote link-up through four Around-the-World Drum Circles and naming the One We Are 

The first Global Drum Gathering has already happened. Once can be a flash in the pan; repetition provides the energy to react, and enact real change – other drum circles are already being announced. Let’s intensify and magnify our focus!

• 4 Global Beats of Our Heart* – starting at 11:11, once a month on the doubles: 
  • First on 8-8 to honour the Earth and Water
  • Then on 9-9 to honour the Moon and Fertile Darkness
  • On 10-10 we honour the Sun and the Light of Love
  • On 11-11 at 11:11 a Naming Ceremony for the One We Are

*Indigenous people say drums are the universal heartbeat of Mother Earth.

Why have I been so inspired? One of all the reasons I am that… is the Promise I made to “speak for You, when the time is right.”

In ceremony, asking for Peace and help for the World’s pain, I was told to “Call the Grandmothers” but I didn’t know how, who or what to say… The poem “Drum Circle for the Green Man” gave me another hint. It was “caught” but still, no clue about how to make it happen.

When I saw the Global Drum Gathering on Facebook, the date sparked the imaginations of me, Shannon McArthur – Red Resonant Dragon, and Joan Hardy – Blue Cosmic Eagle. We started playing with possibilities, inspired by Jose Arguelles’ Mayan Calendar. As you’ll see below. MOM appears to have had Her hand in the plan!

Kin 237: Red Electric Earth!

I activate in order to evolve
Bonding synchronicity, I seal the matrix of navigation
With the electric tone of service.
I am guided by the power of birth!

Activate – we are drumming!  Evolve – that’s what we’re doing!  (Bonding synchronicity) MOM* is the Matrix – what We Are and creating!  Navigation – with MOM’s guidance, we go FORWARD, inspired!   Electric – this is how we do it!   Service – to each other and Our Mother!  Birth – We Are One, coming into Being!!

The First Global Drum Beat honours Earth, Our Great Mother and Water. Through the Lions Gate, we come together magnetically in gratitude for all She is and has given us, and to bless Her Waters, the blood of Her Body. Like when the Walls of Jericho came down through Rhythm and Resonance, with the guidance of MOM* we emerge to Awaken the One We Are, one will at a time, to the Power of Our birth.

*MOM = synchronicities = Magic in Ordinary Moments = The Active Hand of the Divine

Kin 9: Red Solar Moon

I pulse in order to purify
Realizing flow I seal the process of universal water
With the solar tone of intention
I am guided by the power of life force.

The pulse toward purity is begun, as is the flow of Water, the source of life. What is the process of universal of Water? It is the lifecycle of Water… (We are how Water stands up!).  Intention leads us toward the power of life force.

A Lunar Moon and a Solar Moon! Acknowledging the strengthening* of Sister/ Mother/ Grandmother Moon we drum in honour of Her, aware of the energies that flow through the darkness, the fertile shadow that gives rise to growth and the power of emotion to move us. How strong is a root or a shoot that seeks for the sky? How strong is the tide, pulled by the Moon?

*The Moon increases from New on 8/8 through waxing crescents on 9/9 and 10/10 to Quarter Moon on 11/11. It has been said that the forward growth of the moon signifies a period of strength, focus, determination and commitment to action.

Kin 40: Yellow Magnetic Sun

I unify in order to enlighten
Attracting life, I seal the matrix of universal fire
With the magnetic tone of purpose
I am guided by my own power doubled

We unify through enlightenment. Coming together (magnetic & attracting life), we secure (seal) Indra’s Net** (matrix of universal fire)  with our inspiring (magnetic) purpose. We are more powerful than we know (my own power doubled).

A festival of Energy/Light, inspired by the Sun, the foundation of Time. His unconditional outpouring inspires us to honour our Great Father, Who has embraced and energized us and Mother Earth each day of our lives. He unifies us in His light, leading us on to our next beat… 

**Indra’s Net – an infinitely large net of cords, owned by the Vedic deva Indra, with a multifaceted jewel at each vertex, and each jewel is reflected in all of the other jewels.

Kin 72: Yellow Resonant Human

I channel in order to influence
Inspiring wisdom, I seal the process of free will
With the resonant tone of attunement.
I am guided by the power of flowering.

I am a Galactic Activation Portal; enter me!

The One We Are remembers, honours and accepts all We have been, and are; We rise to challenge of self-existence. We are the Child (made of humans) of the Earth, our Mother and the Star she spins around – our Yellow Sun… We channel to inspire wisdom to seal (consolidate) the free will of others (influence) and to focus and attune the Will of the One. Mama Gaia is flowering! This is the double double gateway (portal) that activates Our Self-Existence* within the Galactic reality. There’s no stopping us now; this is the fun part!

*What does Self-Existing mean? Merriam-Webster says: “existing of or by oneself or itself independently of any other being or cause : not caused to exist by someone or something else.”  The terms seems to be contradictory in that no human survives happily or well alone. We thrive only in community. OhGs community is the pattern She’s offered through me.

I have been guided to offer a name to The One We Are, a name that means something, that focuses the Will of The One on the moment of Emergence and, calling all Our selves together to share a Name, We unite Our Will. Through resonance and rhythm, and with a shout of Joy, We burst with the words:

WeAll, we Are! AllOfUs MOM suggested, emphasized by the resounding boom of a jet just overhead… and whatever you choose to call Us.

These are my inspirations, born of MOM and the Mayan calendar (decoder). I have been moved to speak, as I said I would, to offer this plan. Do what you will, this is happening, in one form or another. Would you like to be part of it? Together, we make it GALACTIC!!!
