The 2026 Growth Ring: Answering the Nudge

At the end of 2025, I left us with a question: How do we come back together again, out of the whirl of magnitude and change, to gather in communities of coherence? I noted that MOM can be pushy—nudging me physically through a gentle push out the door to move back in with my mother, and nudging us collectively to use our awareness to kickstart a World that Works for All.

Well, the nudges have turned into action, and the “PLUS” of 2026 is starting to show its shape. If you look around this digital sanctuary over the coming weeks, you will see that Our Heart Gardens is actively growing from a flat, static layout into a living, vertical architecture. We are modeling our digital home on the very thing that anchors us to the Earth: a tree.

We are organizing our shared attention into five distinct layers so that the “deep, wide education” we’ve all shared doesn’t get lost in the dark:

• The River: Our source flow, keeping us tethered to the Poetic Moments and the everyday alignment of Magic in Ordinary Moments (MOM).

• The Roots: Holding our historical DNA, our 2015 foundational design, and our 16 Guiding Principles.

• The Trunk: The core structural wood of our collective memory, anchoring the Mycelial Map and the incredible treasury of over 1,177 Humanity Rising sessions. (And yes, this is where the Journal is moving, as active growth rings.

• The Branches: Our outward-reaching pathways for collaborative partnerships and localized community engagement.

• The Canopy: The sky-level vision, where our upcoming global expeditions (like the Bhutan Convergence of the State of the World Forum 2026) and our collective intelligence logbooks will breathe.

We aren’t throwing anything away; we are building around the ripples we’ve already created. We have even activated some new “coherence infrastructure” under the hood to make this entire archive searchable by natural language—ensuring our wisdom remains portable, alive, and usable across generations.

The magnitude of global change is still swirling, but the infrastructure for our community of coherence is settling into the soil. To the Archivists, the Harpers, and the Social Argonauts ready to navigate these deep waters—welcome home. The next ring is forming.
