The AfterChat of Saturday September 13, 2025, carried an intensity and urgency that felt historic. We moved together from Disclosure to grounded action, from systemic breakdown to collaborative solutions. The shared field was clear: it is time to act.
Charles brought forward the possibility of collaborative funding and infrastructure, echoing his long experience with MacArthur, Templeton, and other foundations. His call for radical collaboration resonates deeply with the spirit of Humanity Rising and all we’ve been weaving in AfterChats, as well as other projects.
As we look toward proposals and funding pathways, we have two ready offerings that embody the values of this community and demonstrate immediate impact:
1. Jim’s Nuggets (Crowdfunding for Jim’s Nuggets – Planning)
The living archive of Jim Garrison’s opening reflections — poetic, precise, already in publication. Nuggets are a cultural treasury that frame Humanity Rising’s voice in the world. They represent the narrative strand of our work: capturing wisdom, grounding history, and offering it forward.
2. The n8n Project (Project Brief – YouTube Transcripts Access)
Automation to harvest ~2,000 Humanity Rising transcripts directly into SONAI/OtherNetworks. This project demonstrates the technical strand: building (part of) the Federated Wisdom Commons by making Humanity Rising searchable, accessible, and usable for generations.
Together, these two projects — one narrative, one technical — show the breadth of what we can do when vision meets infrastructure. They are fundable, visible, and catalytic. They invite collaboration, partnership, and support, while staying grounded in what is already alive.
This framing honors the passion voiced by Joy, the wisdom of Stan, the artistry of Ana, the clarity of Diana, the grounded presence of Duane, the imagination of Sarah Sue, and the persistence of Shannon. It carries forward Charles’ invitation to move from vision into concrete, collaborative action.✨ With these as pilot offerings, we can demonstrate what radical collaboration looks like — and open the way for the larger rhythm and resonance of Humanity Rising to expand.
